Team: GPS Tracking & Fleet Management
Main Responsibility:
1. Develop fleet management system.
2. Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software components of the system.
3. Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success

Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop new features and functionalities for the fleet management system.
2. Implement and maintain software modules related to vehicle tracking, route optimization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance scheduling.
3. Integrate various software components and ensure smooth data flow within the system.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
5. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA testers.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, especially those related to fleet management and Internet of Things (IoT).
8. Contribute to technical discussions and provide expert advice on software design and implementation.
9. Assist with system documentation and maintenance.
10. Help mentor and guide junior engineers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. *At least 3 year of experience as Web Developer/Software Developer/Programmer & Tester with Java spring boot, Vue.js, web framework.
4. Proven experience designing and developing web and/or mobile applications.
5. Basic Knowledge skill in programming with *Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
6. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
7. Intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Work from home policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
