JOB DETAIL

- Troubleshoot shortages, delivery delays, etc.
- Find solutions in collaboration with the Customer service department, BOI department, supplier or warehouse with support from the Supervisor or higher management
- Record and follow up purchase orders, delivery schedule, freight control, and inventory control.
- Process receipt of goods
- Handle Vendor Return Authorization
- Process inventory transfer (by cases)
- Do ordering sheet for forecast item and calculate order qty for each item
- Issue PO based on approved ordering sheet or request/instruction from Customer service and Sales department.
- Handle short lead time/Urgent/Irregular orders and Pull-in requests.
- Provide shipping Instructions both air and ocean to the supplier

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field
- Any Gender, Age between 24 - 25 years old
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in the Trading Company for Import - Export Documentation
- Understand the process of importing documents
- Good Command of English Level (TOEIC score 750); Please provide TOEIC score if the candidate can provide
- Able to work with APAC team (Phillippines, Malaysia, and so on)
- Good Communication skills
