JOB DETAIL

• Set sales plans and targets for the sales team.
• Develop activities to stimulate sales for new customer groups.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team.
• Coordinate and collaborate on customer service activities to ensure proper customer care.
• Prepare monthly order summary reports for each expected order and submit them regularly.
• Compile monthly sales progress reports and submit them to the Japanese supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Japanese supervisor to discuss necessary business plans for improving sales efficiency.
• Explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build good relationships with customers.
• Create travel schedules for customer visits.
• Answer technical questions and inquiries from customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged not over 40 years.
• Bachelor's degree engineer or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industry for MGR and 3 years for Sale Engineer.
• Understanding of automotive parts production processes.
• Experience working with Japanese colleagues, ability to communicate with Japanese managers, supervisors, and customers will be considered an advantage.
• Positive work attitude, teamwork skills, and good managerial skills.
• Experience in organizing various events to promote sales.
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above.
