JOB DETAIL

1. Input data in the company system about the whole process of logistics
(Input all the process including receiving P.O from client, issuing P.O to supplier and inventory control.)
2. Dealing with purchasing assistant of their customer (communicate with delivery term etc.)
3. Making commercial invoice (When exporting items to overseas)
4. Making purchasing related documents

Please note that this job does not require import/export job as they have a dedicated staff for that.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Female only, age 25 - 40years old
・Bachelor's degree in related field
・MUST have worked as Sales assistant in Electronics component/Semiconductor manufacturer or trading company.
・Intermediate level of English (Communicate with Japanese managers)
