JOB DETAIL

1. Monitor the entire process of goods movement through the database.
2. Control the completion of the database.
3. Find inconsistencies in filling out the database and eliminate them.
4. Interact with the customs agent, synchronize the processes of the warehouse and the customs agent.
5. Find inconsistencies in filling out documents and eliminate them.
6. Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company.
7. Monitor warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
8. Take care warehouse in good conditions and environment (Utilities)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 35-year-old up.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 5 years working experience as warehouse field or warehouse coordinator.
• At least 3 years management experience as specialist, supervisor or assistant manager.
• Good understanding in logistics, warehouse and customs operation process.
• Has International Air Transport Association: IATA) License (Preferrable)
• Proficient in Microsoft office, YUU-ERP (Program) especially Excel.
• Advance conversational high level in English.
• Able to work on Saturday (Flexible time)
