【Job Description】
・Formulation and implementation of product planning.
・Development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
・Research and analysis of the target market.
・Establishment of branding strategies.
・Development and execution of strategies.
・Coordination as a bridge between the Thai and Japanese markets.
・Adjustment of product plans considering cultural differences between Japan and Thailand.
・Utilization of communication skills in both Japanese and Thai to carry out tasks.
・Smooth collaboration with related departments and team members.
・Proactive proposal of plans according to market trends.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 -35 years old
・More than 3 years of work experience in product planning or product development
・Intermediate Level of Japanese（JLPT N3 UP）
・Lower Intermediate of Level English

【Advantage】
・Work experience in the food or cosmetics industry.
・Person with a sense of responsibility
・A person who can be punctual
・Serious person
