- Coordinates and administers research study-associated activities.
- Assists in project planning, and ensures that pre-established work scope
- Study protocol and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Promotes research capacity building among community-based organizations and student groups
- Recruits and coordinates research subjects, as appropriate, and serves as principal administrative liaison for the project.
- Oversees and coordinates the provision of administrative and staff services to the director of the investigator
- Develops and maintains recordkeeping systems and procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that we are capturing the voice of customers across all interactions
- Understanding the pain points, and creating a closed feedback loop to drive a holistic and iterative improvement process
- Apart from direct research activities, the candidate must be flexible to support in coordinating and participating in other kinds of projects, such as workshops and training activities
- To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai Nationality. Any Gender and LGBTQ+ is opened
- Age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field and GPD 3.00 and above
- 3+ years of experience in a related field (for Automotive Business)
- Experienced in market research and research project coordination
- Experienced in the automotive and tech industry is a big plus
- Knowledge of Quantitative/Qualitative research techniques and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in building data-driven models and dashboards. (E.g. PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong market analysis skills, acute market insight, strong sense of innovation.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to travel to get requirement from clients
