Department: Channel Sales
Report to Sales Director / General Manager
Subordinate: Sales Admin

• Coordinate with the Sales team (BD) to gather information for issuing Price Quotation (PI) or Quotation (QT) and proceed with tasks in SAP, CRM, or other related systems.
• Monitor and coordinate activities related to Distributors.
• Receive orders from Distributors to place orders from HQ or factories in Thailand.
• Generate documents to track customer orders and present reports to the management team.
• Update lease times and monitor the production status of products.
• Summarize and plan product orders with manufacturing facilities in advance.
• Monitor and address corrections to product pricing structures.
• Analyze the stock of Distribution products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or any related field
• 2-3 years of related Sales or Sales Admin experience with management and team development experience
• Able to speak Chinese is a must (At least HSK4)
• Can analyze sales target for set sales target
• Have a strategic operation to successfully with a sales target
• Able to educate and communicate knowledge
• Have a good skill to negotiate and convince
