Direct to Service Manager (Head Office)

Has 4 subordinates

- Managing team and update report to Service Manager
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings
- Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Had experience as a service advisor (from passenger car) is a benefit
- Tasked management skills
- Customer-oriented, Service mind
- Team Management skills
