Reports to the Managing Director
- Lead the sales team
- Cultivate client relationships
- Develop sales strategies
- Create and implement plans to achieve targets
- Analyze sales data
- Forecast results
- Manage budgets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, age 45-50 years
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering/ Chemical Science
- Strong experience in Sales Industrial, Sales both Oversea and Domestic
- 10+ years experience in domestic sales and export sales in the paint, chemical, or similar business
- Experience in the industrial coating' painting industry is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both Thai and English
