Reports to the Managing Director
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounting and Finance
- Manage overall Accounting tasks such as month and end year process, general leader, budgeting, cash flow statement, financial statement, Accounts reconciliation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity, etc.
- Closing balance sheet
- Collect, Monitor, and analyze accounting data
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Dealing with auditors and the revenue department
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Others as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 40-50 years (At least 40)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the Accounting/ Finance Field
- Experience in Manufacturing and Distributor at least 10 years
- Must have experience as an Account and Finance Manager of at least 5 years
- Prior experience in team management of at least 10-20 subordinates
- Experience in Managerial Financial Planning and Analysis
- Work experience in Big4 companies is highly preferred
- Have experience in Credit Management and Costing
- Experience in preparing Consolidate Package monthly and quarterly and under full IFRS and JSOX.
- Strong skills in leadership and good relationships because this position mostly responsibility concerned management.
- Able to use Enterprise ERP: SAP/ Microsoft AX, Oracle, etc.
- Good communication in English
- Available for short overseas business trips
