1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue
and expense controls.
2. Organize sales target in experienced of HoReCa & Food Industrial Sections.
3. Analyze sales result and report as necessary.
4. Coaching and advice the solution for sales typical issues.
5. Review the activities of the salesperson and improve to be good function.
6. The ongoing training of each salesperson.
7. Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
education.
8. Promoting the organization and products.
9. Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to company product

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male / Female, Age of 35 - 40 years old.
• 5 years of working experience or over in a multi-national trading company or food
business would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sale team.
