JOB DETAIL
This job requires office admin tasks and purchasing tasks as follows, however the candidate will start with admin tasks.
[Admin tasks] 50%
1. Deal with working visa/work permit for Japanese employee (2 Japanese)
2. Make documentations for withholding tax
3. Make accounting report
4. Make documentation for provident fund
5. Input bank transaction data for salary and other expenses
6. Other admin tasks assigned.
[Purchasing tasks] 50%
First, the candidate only deal with Thai suppliers, then working with suppliers outside Thailand later on.
1. Follow up Japanese clients as an interpreter and coordinator.
2. Meet suppliers (in/outside Thailand) and negotiating T&Cs.
3. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers in/outside Thailand.
4. Prepare reports to present new products to the head office in Japan.
(After 6months to 1 year the following tasks will be added)
1. Sourcing new suppliers overseas for future products. (Business trip for 3-5 days every 1-2 months)
2. Check the quality of products at suppliers' place.
3. Attend fairs/expos to select new products.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Good command of English(writing skill) and Japanese(N2 level - N1 Preferred)
2. Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
3. Having interest in food business/industry.
4. Proactive, positive, responsible personality
5. Experience of study abroad in Japan would be advantage.
6. Top universities preferred but not a must.
