This is a newly set-up position.
1.Internal HR
・ Overall HR and labour management
・ In charge of employee's benefits
・ Liaise with visa agency for Japanese expats visa renewal (5 expats)
2. Hiring
・ Support interview short-listing candidates.
・ Communicate with job agencies for recruiting
・ Conduct onboarding process
・ Conduct Offboarding Process such as resignation process.

3. Communicate with Japan HQs (in English)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female preferred (but male can apply), age between 38-45 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
3. More than 5 years of HR experience in any industry.
4. Having strong knowledge of Thai Labour low / legal Knowledge is a MUST.
5. Good at communication internally and external partners (visa agency, job agency etc)
6. Intermediate Level of English
7. Flexible mindset (and willing to do wider range of HR- related tasks
