- Offline communication events/roadshow events planning and execution follow-up
- End-to-end delivery and accountability of internal and external events within Marketing, Sales, Brand development team.
- Building relationships with our dealer partners or customer, ensuring seamless collaboration of the running of events from briefing through to event execution
- Working for New Product Events to conceptualize ideas in order to set the landscape of the events calendar for the future
- Provide support to management through assistance with stakeholder engagement and by representing the events and sponsorship function at internal stakeholder and supplier meetings
- Ensure delivery of operational elements associated with events and sponsorships
- Liaise with key marketing partners in relation to the execution of all operational aspects of event marketing including scheduling, invite copy, invite list creation, brand compliance, creative direction management and communication and event functionality/integration OPPO brand shop.
- Create post-campaign reporting and evaluation for all allocated projects, including ROI assessment and future recommendations
- All event-related tasks including sourcing, budget, co-ordination of event materials, updating and distributing of events roadmap, events folder, development of operational templates etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Art, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing events, Creative Activation, Marketing Creative experience in related industry - Good creative skills.
- Good communication, organization, and planning skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Good command of Thai and English (Oral and Written)
- Able to start working immediately or January 15th, 2024
