Direct report to MD

- Expedite and follow up on debts Manage and collect overdue debts and expedite litigation by following up on debts and expedite the channels specified by law with debtors (individuals / juristic persons) to meet the goals set by the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage debt collection To be by the law and company regulations Negotiate with the debtor to make the debtor pay in full according to the contract. In order to create as little bad debt as possible according to the goals that have been set
- Manage work to expedite prosecution By arranging to send action to enforce this child who has defaulted on payment. and is in bad debt within the time frame specified by law. and negotiate for the debtor to repay all debts To collect as many bad debts as possible to reduce bad debt reserves.
- Follow up on team performance each week and month to set goals. and adjust new work strategies to be more efficient
- Prepare a summary report on debt tracking according to the specified period for efficiency in debt management.
- Analyze data in terms of quantity and quality, including coordination with other agencies to manage analysis Information to present to management regarding problems For leading to strategic planning and find ways to manage various problems
- Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Gender: Male/Female, age 40 years and over.
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Has a lawyer's license
- Experience of 10 years or more
- Have leadership and able to negotiate Solve problems quickly
- Enthusiastic, quick-witted, and able to handle pressure well.
- Have a car and be able to travel upcountry from time to time.
- Only Thai Language
