Number of Subordinate: 11 persons (7 Permanent Staffs, 4 Long-Term Contract Staffs)
Direct Report to Sr. Thai Manager
Work closely with regional team under financial team

1. Locally manage the outbound credit management and billing functions and collection activities.
2. Deliver class leading debtor performance and cash collection targets. Achieving consistent year on year DSO reduction and fully maximizing business cash flow.
3. Ensures fully effective processes in place and provide the clearest direction in the credit management cycle through the use of levers such as Dunning/Use of legitimation/Charging of overdue interest to drive consistency of performances to deliver KPI and SLA while reducing cost to collect.
4. Develop overall cluster business awareness of debtor and cash-flow performance, training other functions and attending cross functional meetings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting field.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit & Collection Management from manufacturing field with wide range of customers group more than 1000+ customers. Must have experience handling bad debt, evaluating credit term for customer, manage collection at least 3,000 MB per year.
4. Required minimum 3 yeasr of experience in management level with subordinate at least 5 staffs.
5. Acquired excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operation/Commercial/Sales Support/Billing and HPO OTC processes.
6. Upper Intermediate level of English.
7. Familiar with SAP program.
