1. Responsible for the establishment and management of TikTok's live broadcast team; such as the adjustment and construction of OBS equipment
2. Develop streamer resources and control streamer quality; streamer management and training experience
3. Responsible for the operation of the goods delivery business, formulating live broadcast plans and being responsible for GMV;
4. Responsible for the control of all aspects of the live broadcast project, formulating and executing live broadcast plans;
5. Highly sensitive to content and data, regularly review data and provide optimization suggestions;
6. Assist the department to complete other tasks, such as co-creation of account content, formulation of marketing activities, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only, age not over 28 years old (Prefer good looking)
- Experienced in live streaming (No need experienced in OBS)
- Good command in English.
- Leadership skill and Communication skill.
- Live stream knowledge
