・Advertising design
・Analyzing the target market and identifying customer segments.
・Managing online advertising campaigns.
・Content marketing through social media, websites, blogs and SNS
・Strengthening branding and image building.
・Collaborating with sales to develop strategies for lead generation.
・Operating email marketing and direct mail campaigns.
・Planning and managing events and open houses.
・Analyzing market trends and creating reports.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 35 years old
・More than 3 years of marketing work experience
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700）
・No Job Hopper

【Advantage】
・Experience in real estate rental or real estate buying and selling
・Can speak Japanese
・Preference will be given to those with experience in buying and selling real estate in Japan
