Position: Sales Associate
Product: Aluminnum (Raw materials for car making purpose)
Job Overview:
-Work under Non-Ferrous Metals Team (5 members).
-Responsible for planning and carrying out all purchases and sales activities on assigned customers.
-Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction including managing quality of product, service, and delivery.

1. Perform purchasing and sales activities including negotiating price with related parties, achieving sales target and maintaining good relationship with customers and suppliers for on-going and new business.
2. Coordinate and arrange domestic, import, and export shipments according to customer's committed date to ensure on time material delivery.
3. Summarize sales & profit result and analyze data for further improvements in boosting revenues.
4. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, providing appropriate solutions and giving recommendations.
5. Manage and interpret customer requirements and able to meet their needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 22-28 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or other related fields.
3. At least 1 year of work experience as Sales with knowledge of import-export process. (Sales in automotive field or chemical field (who has knowledge of chemical composition) is preferable).
4. If have experience in SAP and/or digital/automated tools will be an advantage.
5. Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 550 or higher).
6. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
7. Able to visit suppliers and customers' site in nearby provinces (Day trip). *Company's car and driver will be provided.
