JOB DETAIL
This job requires office admin tasks and purchasing tasks as follows:
[Admin tasks] 50%
1. Deal with working visa/work permit for Japanese employee (2 Japanese)
2. Make documentations for withholding tax
3. Make accounting report
4. Make documentation for provident fund
5. Input bank transaction data for salary and other expenses
[Purchasing tasks] 50%
1. Follow up Japanese clients as an interpretator and cordinator.
2. Meet suppliers (in Thailand and outside Thailand) and negotiating terms of contract and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers in Thailand for future products.
3. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers overseas for future products through business trips (less than 5 days in 1 or 2 months in Thailand)
4. Check the quality of products at suppliers'' place.
5. Select and Assemble a new collection of products through attending fairs etc.
6. Prepare reports to present new products to the head office in Japan
7. Other administration tasks it may arise related to maitaining their representative office such as data entry for accounting and document filing.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Good command of English(writing skill) and Japanese(N2 level)
2. experience of admin or accounting admin.
2. More than 3 years of working experience as admin or accounting admin.
3. Well developed Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
4. Work experience of food industry or have deep interest in food business.
5. Person who is positive, active, responsible, trustworthy, hard-working, and who would like to work this position for long time.

1. Experience of study abroad in Japan and working in Japanese company would be advantage.
2. More than 3 years of working experience as purchasing staff (food industry is preferred)
