Direct Report to Sr. Thai Manager
Sales Area: All

1. Develop new Japanese business opportunities and drive sales target while maintain excellence partnership with existing customers.
2. Pursue and develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after sales service to increase customer satisfaction.
3. Proactively monitor industry trends, competitive environments, players, and issues to make recommendations regarding sales strategy of specific events.
4. Provide updates and reports to Manager including feedback on activities, sales data, success of various tactics, potential issues and forecasting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or marketing field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in direct account management (Sales) with strong track record of meeting sales targets preferably with experience selling industrial products as long-term contract sales.
3. Upper intermediate level of English.
4. Required personal car & driver's license.
5. Must have experience working in Thailand.
