JOB DETAIL

Report to: Brand & Communication Senior Manager
Department: Brand & Communication Department

1. Brand management
• Manage Brand and communications activities aligned with RHQ direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (PM, Sales, agencies) to support the achievement of targets.
• Manage Brand and communications activities within the agreed budget.
• Use analysis of competitor activities to inform strategy and direction.
• Create regular reporting cadence.

2. PR
• Adopt regional PR direction and campaign.
• Localize PR news and materials.
• Support regional PR activity as requested.
• Strategic planning of PR messages through PR tools including Press releases, News, Articles, Advertorial, and Editor pitches by considering regional and local communication plans, and product plans.
• Manage media complementary to strengthen relationships.
• Manage CSR activities.

3. Digital marketing management
• Align country digital marketing activities with RHQ.
• Supervise digital marketing team to optimize and manage digital channels, including social media platforms, to enhance brand awareness.
• Create innovative digital marketing campaigns to engage target customer segments.

4. Activation & storefront
• Align communication campaigns and materials to marketing activities.
• Assure potential leads collection support for the event.
• Assure Brand and product visibility through shopfront decoration.
• Check-up marketing collaterals are displayed in-store follow from guidelines.
• Ensure good brand image and brand visibility to consumers.

5. Sponsorship & Partnership project
• Support sponsorship activation
• Monitor activation and execution of sponsorship activities or deliverables

6. IDC Management (IDC = Indochina are Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Pakistan)
• Planning and managing communication in IDC.
• Assure communication harmonization among RHQ – ETH – IDC.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, business administration or relevant field
• At least 1 year in event marketing or content creation experience.
• At least 5 years experience in the supervisor or assistant manager level.
• Work well with the internal departments to good coordination and operation.
• Taking fast and solving problems and finding new solutions or new ways to prevent the same problem that will come back again in the future.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Readiness to work on weekends and able to travel upcountry
• Flexible in working hours when required
• PC literate in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English.
