Job Description

• Develop marketing strategies & implementation plans to gain market share in select markets.
• Identify market potentials and develop plans to penetrate those markets.
• Evaluate the market trends and other relevant factors for business opportunities.
• Maintain liaison with distributors to ensure the effectiveness of the activity’s implementation according to plan and target.
• Must be able to communicate with overseas distributors and the Head office in Japan.
• Be able to process the overall sales activities, get purchase orders from customers, maintain stock,
and follow up the jobs until shipment is delivered to customers.
• Prepare detailed proposals for IT support services and software development solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Male or Female ; Age 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or
equivalent with more than 3 years of IT products, Office Automation or Hardware sales experience.
(Any field of sales experience is also preferable.)
• Highly confident in dealing with distributors in Southeast Asia Area and Australia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Australia)
• Good command of both written and spoken English (Business level)
• IT knowledge base and computer literacy is preferable.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Fast learning and initiative with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic,
• Strong negotiation, excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Strong in human relationships, motivated, creativity, adaptability and working independently.
