JOB DETAIL

• Lead the team to ensure quality of support to customers
• Personnel management(7 to 15 persons)
• Be escalation point for customers, vendors and internally
• Give technical advises to professional group and also helpdesk group

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female and Male (Thai Nationality)
- age 35-50 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field.
- Experience of more than 5 years in implementation and maintenance.
- Able to do on-site support and travel up-country.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraint, Have to be escalation point for customer, internal and vendors.
- Good command of both written and spoken English. / Japanese with JLPT N2 or above
- Experienced in Server and Basic knowledge on Network(LAN and WAN include SDWAN and monitoring tool)
