Responsibilities
1. Fixed Assets Control:
- Oversee the tracking and management of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and reconcile physical stock counts with system records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
3. Fixed Cost Control:
- Monitor and analyze fixed costs, such as rent, utilities, and insurance.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on fixed costs to the team, highlighting any variances or trends that require attention.
4. Business Plan:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's business plan by providing valuable financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial modeling to support the achievement of business objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-39 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experienced in accounting, financial analysis, and controlling fixed assets, inventory, and fixed costs
- Proficiency in using accounting software (MS Dynamic NAV) and MS Office(Excel) for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in relevant field 5-10 years
- Good command of English (TOEIC at minimum 550)
