Direct Report to Human Resources Director
Subordinates: 7; HR Section Manager - Real Estate & HRBP Officers
Scope of work: Manage the HRBP team to handle HR tasks (staffing, compensation, labor relations, etc.) in accordance with the law and company policies to ensure that employees have potential, appropriate personnel costs, and job satisfaction in working with the organization.
Job Responsibility:
- Analyze the organization's workforce and manage the workforce ratio to optimize headcount and ensure appropriate labor costs.
- Plan and control the risk management of the HR function, improving various practices to align with policies and laws. No complaints/legal issues.
- Manage and supervise units and employees in the company, ensuring the correct implementation of HR policies. Employees are informed and understand the policies.
- Plan and budget for HR functions, including controlling the budget for personnel management.
- Monitor and control labor costs, reviewing and improving compensation and benefits policies to suitably provide for employees.
- Control turnover rate.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age around 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Human Resource Management, or any related
- 8-15 years of work experience in HR, HRBP, or any relevant positions
- Work experience in Real Estate or any relevant business is a highly preferred
- Strong Knowledge about Real Estate or any relevant business
- Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations, including the Labor Protection Act and relevant laws.
