JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's e-commerce business operations, participating in corporate strategic planning, and leading the formulation and execution of platform operational strategies.
2. Capable of accurately understanding mobile internet users, identifying the core business concepts and thematic directions, formulating content development and promotional strategies based on overall operational planning, and presenting long-term development plans.
3. Lead the team in achieving operational targets, meeting online promotional objectives, and regularly provide operational analysis reports. Analyze company operational data, optimize and enhance operational processes and efficiency, and continuously explore new operational models.
4. Responsible for planning and executing operational strategies for various activities.
5. Responsible for setting and cascading team's annual objectives, establishing efficient work processes and procedures, and leading the team to achieve various goals (costs, timelines, sales, profits).
6. Exercise authority over operational work, providing guidance, supervision, and management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of E-commerce work experience, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in the operational management models of e-commerce platforms in Thailand. Proficient and knowledgeable in the operation of new media platforms (such as live streaming, TikTok, etc.). A deep understanding of channel operations and the ability to effectively guide the execution of various tasks.
2. Strong team management skills, project management abilities, and team training capabilities.
3. Strong business acumen, excellent business analysis and judgment skills, and a willingness to innovate independently. Sensitivity to various internet technologies and applications.
4. Proficient in the technological trends of the internet and mobile internet, understanding the elements of user experience, and possessing practical experience.
5. Prior experience in platform operation on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc., is a plus.
6. Proficiency in English or Thai as a working language is preferred.
