JOB DETAIL
- Work closely with management team to plan and implement HR strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with business strategic.
- In charge to develop HR system, Performance Management, salary structure and compensation and benefit review, recruitment and selection.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on HR aspects, such as Employee Relations, Labor Laws, Employee Engagement, and Succession Planning. Ensure that HR policies comply with the government's rules and regulations.
- Supports management and business leaders by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Works collaboratively with business leaders and other team members to assess organization development opportunities and design human performance solutions that achieve business outcomes.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in HRM and HRD, at least 5 years at management level.
- Business-minded, strategic HR Business Partner and good knowledge of new HR tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently, friendly, open-minded, proactive, results driven and a role model for people management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and motivates cross functional individuals and teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English and able to work between BKK Head Office and Factory (Samut Songkhram) by car
- Long HRM experience in manufacturing industry
- Working experience in Human Resources Management within Food & Beverage company is preferable.
- HRBP experience
