JOB DETAIL

• Assist and support documentation work for sales staffs sucsh as quotation, products technical and prepare presentation for new products to customers
• Liaise between sales person and other sections, suppliers and customers/scope in procurement such as contact with suppliers
• To negotiate the price with suppliers
• Prepare Import & Export process and liaise with shipping agency to import and export products
• Answer call from customers and distribute inquiry of customers to dealer or sales person
• Arrange marketing activities to maintain product and company reputation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, preferably age 22-30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer and Technology or related field
• Eager to learn new things
• Knowledge in kind of goods and service of company's business (not required for new graduates)
• Knowledge of Import-Export system (not required for new graduates)
• Basic Knowledge of SAP system (not required but a plus)
• Good service mind and effective communication
• Intermediate level of English
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Words, Excel, Power Point
• New graduates are welcome
