Report to Managing Director
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Oversee accounting activities, including accounts receivable and cash receipts, accounts payable and cash disbursements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles (if applicable)
- Prepare monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports to management
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements which compliance to accounting standards and our internal regulations
- Maintain the general ledger
- Prepare for the year-end audit and half-year review
- Prepare for quarterly consolidated financial report to head quarter
- Prepare for budget
- Prepare for payroll
- Monthly and yearly tax filing
- Monitor company’s financial status
- Liaise with auditor, lawyer, revenue department, bank and other parties as required
- Supervise subordinates
- Administrative jobs (visa/work permit extension, others for office orderliness)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female
- 35-40 years old
- Having CPD license is highly preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
- Able to work under deadline and cope with stressful
- Able to work independently (less supervision)
- Able to adapt to a new working conditions
- Basic knowledge of laws, regulations, and revenue codes & taxation for accounting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and Energetic
- Positive thinking
- Willing to work hard
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word), SAP is an advantage
- CPA is not required
