JOB DETAIL
- Support HR task for recruitment process, interviewing process, and onboarding.
- Manage and organize files, documents, records, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Remind executives and staff of important tasks, deadlines, and appointments.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female only
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a similar field.
- Good command in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Multitasking and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
