1. Representation of the company and seeking for new potential Partner, Introducing Brokers (IB), clients and Investors.
2. Monitor competitors’ movement, analyze the strategies to maintain strength area and propose proper competitive countermeasures to management in
order to develop and support company’s targets.
3.Manage customer relationship; retaining and expanding the existing relationship and drive volume and revenue continuously.
Collaborate with support and operations departments to ensure client satisfaction.
4.Ability to negotiate high level deals and create “out of the box” solutions for clients.
6.Liaise with General Manager on management issues.
7.Be active to call customer regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
8.Follow up and maintain customer relationships.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
9.Handle and resolve customer complaints.
10.Support the permanent improvement of the Sales effectiveness and productivity of the sales team through development of trainings, call scripts, call
monitoring, performance tracking, etc.
11.Develop and utilize sales data analysis strategies to provide individual sales team member feedback as well as optimize Sales team performance
12.Provide sales team leaders and sales team members with ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance improvement feedback
13.Achieve the best in sales target and KPI and team target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Open gender, 23 - 35 years old
- Good communication skills, especially by phone and e-mail. Good service mind and good customer handing skill.
- Sales-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Good attitude, leadership and team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in any fields or higher. Finance, Sales, Marketing or related degree is preferred.
- Working experience in any fields.
- Team Management: Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Knowledge of Stock, Securities, Forex market, Meta Trader 4 will be an advantage.
