-Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information between company and investor
-Lead and supervise a team of employees across different departments
-Analyze organizational goals and develop brand-specific strategies.
-Align brand operations with organizational goals.
-Collaborate with the brand director and marketing department to plan promotional campaigns.
-Establish and maintain customer relationships to enhance the brand's reputation and popularity
-Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations.
-Provide business details to telephone and walk-in customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in any field
- Age 27-35 years old
- Good command of English (Toeic 750)
- Experience in Team Leading
- Strong Management & Operations Skills
