Position: Senior Process Control Officer
Department: Financial Management

Main Responsibility:
1. Check and process accounting realted workflow created by Business Dept. Provide advice to Business Dept. about workflow and accounting matter;
2. Settle and monitor A/R, Coordinate with Business Dept. to follow up about withholding TAX. certificate from customer and monitor the accrual transactions;
3. Reconcile and prepare reports for SX (VAT out) and PX & PZ (VAT in)for Accounting Dept. and prepare monthly VAT reports;
4. Prepare the monthly monitoring report and submit Business Dept.;
5. Prepare documentation to support internal/external auditor, Tax Authority and coordinate with Business Dept. to follow up audit confirmation.
6. Actively support and comply with team and department objectives.
7. Deal with various types of people and respond properly, be able to understand business ideas and solve problems for them.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in as Accounting Officer with direct experience and strong knowledge in taxation from trading company.
4. Advance skill in Excel (If able to use SAP or have experience using SAP is an advantage).
5. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC certificate is an advantage).
