JOB DETAIL

Sales Area: Upper North-Eastern of Thailand: Khonkaen, Loei, Nongkhai, Nongbua, UdonThani, Nakornpanom, Sakolnakorn, Bungkan and other areas as designated by Sales Manager.
Main Client: Garage อู่รถ, Fleet, Dealer, and Key Dealers customers (B2C Only)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Report Directly to Thai Senior Sales Manager & Thai Asst. Sales Manager.

1. Plan sales forecast by products and by customers on monthly and yearly basis to achieve target;
2. Support team to achieve company's annual target;
3. Strictly collect payments to avoid overdue payment and if overdue must try to solve the overdues with action plans;
4. Understand product, pricing structure, and pricing condition of company (Trade free oil, Credit, Rebate,Trip);
5 Understand company's client's (Garage) concept in order to discuss and deploy with clients;
6. Understand marketing promotion program and propose idea to support clients;
7. Understand and able to identify clients'as Market Practice & Conflict;
8. Understand and prepare check list when visiting client with tinerary;
9. Know how to use and issue PO Form, New Customer Form, as well as Monthly reimbursement;
10. Prepare Sales Reports (Daily report by LINE everyday, Weekly Report on every Monday, Credit Report on every Monday, Monthly Report), the reports should contain client's requirements & complaints, competitors products and price movement, etc. In case of urgent client's issue, must report to sales manager immediately;
11. Prepare Sales forecast at the beginning of every month. Try to make forecast accuracy (80%) and monthly target;
12. Prepare clients visiting plan (Daily & Weekly) with itinerary for upcountry trips & route management;
13. In case that clients are key dealers, Sales Rep. must prepare visiting plan for outlets of key dealers in order to
promote sell-out of company from key dealers. Sales Rep. must understand and report sell-in, sell-out, and stock
of key dealers. In order to increase company's share of key dealers which will improve company's total sales;
14. Prepare Delivery Note to request for premium products for clients;
15. Support marketing and key clients to display Sales Promotion, support and promote company's Promotion Day, Outlets Visit, Lucky Draw Event, or develop Sales Promotion Campaign as well as develop company's signage at client's site.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 27-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as Sales (Retails Business-Local Dealer/Distributor) for automotive lubricants, battery or spare parts (After market products)
4. Excellence skills in communication, negotiation, analysis, logical thinking, and Leadership skill in order to coach, organize, inspire, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the goals.
5. Intermediate of English
6. Required personal car and driver's License
