JOB DETAIL

Accounting task (60-70%) and GA task (30-40%)

- Manage the day-to-day payments and Issue invoice / quotation to client
- Required to prepare monthly payroll
- Executing AP and AR
- Ensure the operation of an efficient and effective filing system that ensures the safety of documents and compliance with the law
- Report to manager on matters of importance that affect the accounting Department
- Contact Bank and external party (accounting firm, audit)
- Documentation and admin task
-Assisting with tax filings and preparations, Create and file all necessary tax and financial forms for the company
-Keeping the company aligned with financial regulations and best practices
-Entering financial data into the general ledger
-Support HR and admin task
-Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or female 25-30 years old
-Experience working as accounting in retail business at least 1-3 year
-Bachelor's degree in accounting
-1 year of AP and AR experience is must
-English in intermediate, if the candidate can speak Japanese will be advantage
-Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping programs
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong analytical skills
-Time management and organizational skills
-Knowledge of relevant tax laws
