• Establish accounting, finance, asset management, and debt policies, as well as sourcing capital.
• Review financial reports (financial statements and balance sheets).
• Organize financial practices and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee various tax-related records and ensure accuracy and completeness of the company's tax obligations.
• Examine accounting and financial reports, analyze financial status, and company performance.
• Coordinate and respond to accounting and financial inquiries from auditors or legal staff, such as the Revenue Department, Ministry of Commerce, etc., in writing.
• Prepare the company's annual budget and compare it to actual operating results.
• Control costs within the budget, coordinate and prepare various reports to request credit lines from banks.
• Analyze, develop, and present systematic short-term and long-term financial operation plans.
• Present financial management and budget estimates for various departments to align with the company's activities.
• Analyze investment plans for possible future business investments and analyze the return on investment over time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged 40 years or older.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• At least 15 years of experience in accounting or finance, or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CFO.
• Experience in construction contracting business is a plus.
• Strong expertise in accounting and tax.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
