JOB DETAIL

Position: Air & Sea Freight Sales Specialist (Trade Lane Manager)
Position Level: Manager

1. Strategically manage customer and develop new shared business;
2. Generate new business and new customer according to assignment and verical he/she is belong to;
3. Hunt, develop and maintain sales targets (volume) due to assigned customer and business plan for assigned trade lane (TPEB, EUWB, SEO, India subcon/ Middle East / Africa) in accordance with the company's strategy;
4. Formulate and coordinate to enhance opportunities between local and oversea sales counterpart;
5. Engage local Sales force by identifying opportunities on assigned trade lane(s), launching and managing Sales campaigns on assigned trade lane(s) for both air and sea-freight;
6. Identify desired customer segments, freight characteristics or business barriers and coming up with possible business strategies to provide key knowledge about overall market trends;
7. Provides selling tools for assigned lanes such as benchmarking and selling kit for Sales;
8. Plan and conduct sales calls and joint-sales calls in collaboration with all sales channels, including face-to-face meetings with customers and developing a robust pipeline to meet the budget, the trade lane strategy and pro-actively works on service/price innovation to expand business;
9. Analyse market conditions on key trade lanes for company's pricing/service development and acts as consultant and subject matter expert to Sales;
10. Gather business intelligence from customers, sales teams and other sources to identify opportunities resulting in pipeline development and strategic action plans on identified High-Value-Targets (HVT).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 5 years experienced in as 'Freight Forwarding Sales' with experience managing sales team.
4. Intermediate level of in English
5. Required personal car and driver's license.
