Report directly to Sales Manager
Sales Area: Eastern (Chonburi, Rayong etc.)

1. Study term of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping line, airlines in term of service.
2. Sales both air & sea freight service in eastern area such as Chonburi, Rayong etc.
3. Approach new potential customers in all industries.
4. Visit and service customers both new customers and existing customers.
5. Provide quotation and follow up for feedback.
6. Ensure customers' satisfaction and quality of service.
7. Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints.
8. Support airfreight & seafreight rate offering and condition including RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers.
9. Update daily in CRM System (Customer Relationship Management System) on customer visits & sales progress.
10. Prepare monthly sales and marketing activities reports.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics field.
3. At least 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience (Airfreight Sales experience is preferred).
4. Intermediate level of in Thai, English and Chinese.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Personal car and driver's license
