This job requires both "Sales" (20%) and "Project management of parts production preparation" (80%).

【As a Sales representative】
1. Respond to new inquiries from prospective clients:Invite them for their factory tour and introduce about the company.
*note: This is not a hunting sales. Need to respond to new enquiries as a Sales rep.

2.Receive “Request for quotation” from customer, if they are interested in manufacturing parts at their factory.
↓
【As a project manager】
3. Set up a kick-off meeting with enginers from other departments (in charge of casting, processing and painting etc) in the company to prepare a quotation.
↓
4. After the meeting with other departments, prepare and send a quotation to the customer.
↓
5. Negotiate prices with clients. In doing so, need to communicate with engineers in other departments.

*Once the customer agrees with the price, project starts - they will start preparing for automobile parts production.

6. Make sure the production preparations are done in accordance with the IATF standard (International standards of safety and quality, like ISO) standards, required of vehicle parts manufacturers, and report the process to customer.

Once preparation for the production is done, and production process begins, other department will be responsible with the project. In short, all that is required in this position/department is ;
1) Sales work of introducing the company to the client, making quotations.
2) Quality check of production preparation stage.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female preferred, age 30-40 years old
- Experience in manufacturing (production preparation, any industry) is more important than Sales experience
- At least 3 years of working experience in production planning and production control (regardless of industry)
- Having Knowledge about production preparation
- Having knowledge of APQP/IATF (international standard for automobile part manufacturing)
- Basic knowledge of finance report such as P&L, CS, BS etc.
- Intermediate level of English (Email and presentation material)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Management experience is not required.
