JOB DETAIL

• Manage and ensure stocks in/out, transfer, and delivery.
• Supervise inbound shipping activities and make sure that they are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
• Manage to have all imported items delivered within the lead time.
• Manage all logistics-related tasks including, but not limited to, product receiving, inventory management, control, and delivery management.
• Coordinate with warehouse staffs to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
• Monitor and report transportation costs.
• Ensure shipping documents are properly filed.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager on the day-to-day operations.
• Pick, pack, or/and ship products.
• Prepare all related reports, such as, Inventory Report for Forecast and Management, etc., with accuracy.
• Perform physical inventory verification. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender, age 28-35 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, operations, store, warehouse, or/and supply chain management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics Management, or related fields
• Good computer literacy, such as, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work as a team player
• Possessing a positive attitude and demonstrating a willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English language skills

• Working Hours: Five days work week (10.00h – 19.00hrs.)
