JOB DETAIL

- Operational management of leased assets (Registration of assets, tax payment, insurance), storage of documents, and disposal of assets
- Working with Division Head, establish measurable goals and set direction to increase the outcome of the special project.
- Operational procedure improvement
- Collaborate with all Team Leaders on all matters related to direction planning, budgeting, and operating.
- Develop strong and positive relationships with both internal and external departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Team management and operational management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, budget planning, and cost control.
- Good command of English skills in writing and speaking, or TOEIC 650 up.
- Good command of Computer skills and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have the ability to drive and a driving license.
- Having background knowledge in asset management, insurance, registration, or agreement management will be an advantage.
