JOB DETAIL

- Set department level strategic plans and department goals of Confectionery production
- Set production guidelines to be consistent with the Bill of Materials, Production control, environmental quality management system standards, and others to comply with the company policy
- Plan the annual budget for the production section of Confectionery to control costs effectively
- Manage production including manpower, machinery, material and orders from trading partners by providing maximum benefit to both partners and the organization
- Coordinate with various departments to control and work effieciently between the departments
– Install, Test and Inspect machines to support the production process
- Control subordinates to ensure work is carried out according to the planned plan
- Create a report to the supervisors regarding the responsible works, cost reduction and machines

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Science in Food science, Food Engineering or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance for FMCG industry
- Has a knowledge of managing subordinates
- Has a knowledge of ISO standards including GHP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC
- Intermediate level of English
- Able to work on every Saturday
