• Generate and maintain barcodes for golf products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Track barcode data, update records, and maintain a well-organized system for easy retrieval.
• Handle a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist in maintaining accurate sales and inventory records.
• Collaborate with malls and retail partners to manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and replenishment orders.
• Monitor stock levels, identify trends, and provide reports to the sales and marketing teams.
• Process and manage warranty claims for golf products.
• Assist the sales and marketing on raising purchase orders and follow-up on quotations.
• Manage our Tour Players’ personal purchases from order to delivery upon Marketing Manager’s approval.
• Act as a project coordinator for sales and marketing events, including product launches, promotions, and trade shows.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 23-30 years old
• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year in sales admin (New graduate are welcomed)
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and barcode creation is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Enthusiasm for golf and an understanding of golf products is desirable.
