He or she acts as the first line of support in the Quality Department.
Technical analysis in collaboration with the customer and supplier he or she coordinates the process of issue analysis, solution finding, and communicating with all parties in order to close the claim quickly ensuring the satisfaction of all involved parties.


Reports to the General Manager for QA.

- Organize and maintain proper trace back methods and procedures in order to be able to provide all relevant information about the history and origin of the product, the supplier, the production facility and all relevant technical information that can help solve the quality claim.
- Conduct first-line analysis in order to determine if the quality claim
- Evaluate the responsible party for this issue and get his or her acknowledgment and cooperation in finding a solution for the claim.
- Make sure that the documents can be provided timely upon request by a business partner.
- ISO 9001 Support; Provide evidence-based quality claim throughput information, trace backs and status reporting

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Familiar with logistics and supply chain processes
- interpersonal skills and customer service
- goal-oriented and organized
- Strong in English skills (to communicate with Oversea team); Toeic 750+
- Open for gender and age
- Detail- Oriented Person and fast pace to do multi-tasks
