JOB DETAIL

1. Supervising the sales team to ensure they meet/exceed sales targets.
2. Analyze sales data and make necessary sales strategies.
3. Conducting weekly, monthly meetings with the sales team.
4. Analyze customer and market information to create sales plan
5. Monitor and provide feedback on sales performance on a regular basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Age 35 - 45 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in the field of BBA, Marketing, Management or other related fields.
3. Experiences 5 - 7 years in sales function.
4. Excellent communication and presentation, with sound interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude and good leadership.
7. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
8. Starting immediately will be an advantage.
