- Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical question posed by foreign customers about wheelchairs.
- Providing support to less experienced Sales Representative as needed.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Researching competitors' products, pricing, and product success (wheelchairs) to determine customer preferences.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Promptly submitting customer 's purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, Bachelor 's degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 - 5 years working experience of Sales/Product Owner/ Customer service in wheelchairs***
- Good command of English and proficiency in PC applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
