Responsibility
1. Offers the design and requirements of the IT infrastructure that are suitable and support the customer's business needs and future expansion.
2. Provide support by providing mentoring, coaching, and mentoring to employees. To develop and improve the ability to deliver results and expected performance

Server
1. Knowledge in Window server installation & config server (such as AD)
2. Design & Configure VM, (Hyper-V), Veeam Backup
3. Create Cluster Server Monitoring Cluster Server, Backup Server, File Server, and Storage
4. PM Server and VM (Hyper-V) and Storage
5. Design & Configure Storage (QNAP, Buffalo, NetApp)
6. Maintenance Server and Storage

Network
1. Good command and knowledge in the Network equipment such as Switching, Router, Hub, VLAN and can set up configuration of the network equipment support with the link of Network for organization
2. Design and configure wireless network
3. Network Monitoring
4. Configure, installation and troubleshoot the video conference system
5. Configure, installation and troubleshoot firewall (FortiGate, Cisco Meraki and Sophos)
6. Configure, installation and troubleshoot Telephone System (Q6 & SIP Protocol, PBX, IP Phone)
7. Diagnostic & Trouble Shooting for Hardware problem
8. Trouble shooting wired and wireless network

Firewall (FortiGate, Cisco Meraki and Sophos)
1. Config Filter, Block programs that not allowed to use such as Facebook, YouTube, and others
2. Setting VPN Client, Site to Site
3. Setting Firewall between internet to internal network
4. Knowledge in setting config in Cisco Network Equipment
5. Firewall layer3,7
6. content filtering

Cloud
1. Build, design, deploy, and maintain the implementation of Cloud solutions
2. Provide architecture design and detailed configuration for cloud infrastructure including network, storage, server, and hypervisor part
3. Innovate new solutions, best practices, and concepts across the organization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology or related field preferred
- Work experiences in IT or related field at least 5 years
- Cert Comp TIA Server+ , Comp TIA Network+ , CCNA, CCNP
- Must have a good command in English (Communication Level)
