JOB DETAIL
POSITION TITLE: Sales Manager – Horeca Bangkok
DEPARTMENT: Horeca
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager for Horeca to support the channel by:
- Developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans
- Driving sales teams in Bangkok and Hua-Hin to achieve both short and long-term objectives, strengthening relationships with customers, and working effectively with colleagues, especially with marketing in validating and implementing of plans
Position Purpose :
- All aspects of sales of company products in the Horeca Channel, including devising and implementing sales strategies forecasting sales, and supervising in-house salespeople.
- To achieve both short and long-term objectives for sales growth.
- To strengthen relationships with customers and work effectively with colleagues, especially with marketing in the validation and implementation of plans.
- To understand customers’ objectives and strategies and match them with the company's business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Managing Director to manage and work with sales teams responsible for Hotel/Restaurants/Café in Bangkok and Hua-Hin to drive sales and achieve key goals and targets
- Help develop strong strategies to maintain strong and lasting relationships with business partners
- Manage potential channel conflicts
- Lead in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Business experience / Education / Skill Requirements :
- At least 3 years experience in a sales managerial position and HORECA Channel
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from end to end
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills
- Good command of Thai and English
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Flexibility of working late hours
- (Optional) interest in wine and spirits
